Cheese Rolls ala Porto's

I love cheese rolls and I won't deny it. My favorite is the one from Porto's.
So I searched online for a similar recipe and found one from The Red Apron. I tried it and it is amazing!

Here's the recipe.


INGREDIENTS:
       1 pack Puff Pastry Sheets
       8 oz Cream Cheese
       1 egg yolk
       5 tbsp. sugar
       1 egg white
       melted butter
       sugar


DIRECTIONS:
1. Thaw puff pastry sheets and cut it 4 ways for regular size or 6 ways for smaller size
2. Line baking pan with parchment paper (alternative: aluminum foil + coat of cooking spray)
3. Spoon cream cheese mixture on the puff pastry and roll it
     
Cream Cheese Mixture:
         In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar
         Blend well until smooth and creamy
4. Brush the top of the rolled pastry with the egg white
5. Bake on a 400
°F pre-heated oven for 10 minutes
6. Remove from the oven, brush the top of the pastry with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar
7. Bake for another 7-10 minutes until golden brown
8. Remove from the oven and your cheese rolls are ready!
