Cheese Rolls ala Porto's
I love cheese rolls and I won't deny it. My favorite is the one from Porto's.
So I searched online for a similar recipe and found one from The Red Apron. I tried it and it is amazing!

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack Puff Pastry Sheets
1 pack Puff Pastry Sheets
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 egg yolk
5 tbsp. sugar
1 egg white
melted butter
sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Thaw puff pastry sheets and cut it 4 ways for regular size or 6 ways for smaller size
2. Line baking pan with parchment paper (alternative: aluminum foil + coat of cooking spray)
3. Spoon cream cheese mixture on the puff pastry and roll it
Cream Cheese Mixture:
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar Blend well until smooth and creamy

4. Brush the top of the rolled pastry with the egg white
5. Bake on a 400°F pre-heated oven for 10 minutes
6. Remove from the oven, brush the top of the pastry with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar

8. Remove from the oven and your cheese rolls are ready!
